BSP - Board Support Package

A Board Support Package (BSP) customization includes all the required modifications and additions in order to boot the target OS on our customers’ proprietary design. Our specialty Embedded Linux and FreeRTOS operating system. In Embedded Solutions we use to say that our job is done when the operating system “smiles” when running smoothly on our customer’s  board.

Device Drivers

Device drivers are developed/customized in accordance with our customers’ requirements. For any driver developed by Embedded Solutions we develop a test application to verify its functionality and stability. In many cases the test application is used also as a skeleton for the user application.

 

Kernel

In cases where kernel level development and debugging are required our partners benefit from our vast experience in this area. Kernel hacking include addition of functionality, optimization, customization, debug and profiling. Fast boot time , multiple root filesystem options and overlay device tree just  are some of our expertise.
